Conflict Minerals Policy
Within the company
The company has formulated policies aimed at avoiding the direct or indirect provision of financial support or benefits to relevant armed groups in conflict areas by its own products containing tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold.
The company promises to take responsibility in its operations and global supply chain, respect human rights, and is committed to purchasing raw materials containing tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold and their products without supporting related conflicts.
Provide due diligence information to ensure that conflicts are not supported in the supply chain of tungsten and its products.
Immediately cease cooperation with suppliers at risk of supporting conflicts.
We promise to publicly and transparently implement our policy by reporting our progress to customers, relevant shareholders, and the general public.
Supplier Requirements
Conduct due diligence with relevant suppliers to ensure that procurement meets the requirements of the OECD's Responsible Supply Chain Due Diligence Guidelines for Minerals in Conflict Affected and High Risk Areas, and encourage suppliers to require their suppliers to comply with the same requirements.
